The hotel provided good value for money. The room was quiet and had hot and cold running water. Staff was very attentive and friendly, despite language barriers. Location was convenient for my morning appointment and close to the zoo.

The hotel's location is advantageous for those looking to access nearby tourist attractions easily. Rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with modern facilities such as tea and coffee makers. the staff is friendly and helpful in organizing tours and transport around the city.
The parking lot is not adequate and poses a safety hazard to vehicles.

The wifi was fast and free, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave me some great tips on where to go during my visit, and even helped me book a tour. I also loved that my room had a mini fridge, perfect for keeping my drinks cold after a long day out. As for location, it was just a short walk from a great street full of local shops and restaurants.
To start with, the room was much smaller than I expected, with barely enough room to move around.

The hot water was working properly in the shower and there were complimentary tea bags available. the hotel was located near a few good restaurants and a popular tourist attraction. It was also nice to have someone help with our bags upon arrival.
The room was incredibly small and we could hear the noise from the street outside, making it difficult to sleep. Despite requesting help, the staff seemed understaffed and unable to attend to our needs quickly.

Cute, clean, fabulous staff. Impeccable upkeep by one woman. Good value, firm mattress. Quiet, hot water, free wifi.
